60-Day Return

The promise

You have 60 days from delivery to decide. If Khemi 01 isn't doing what we said it would — or you just don't love it — send it back for a full refund of the product price. Used or unused. We mean it.

How to start a return

1. Reach out via the contact page with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid label (US orders) or reimburse return shipping (international).
3. Drop it off. Refund hits your card within 5–7 business days of us receiving it.

What we can't refund

• Original shipping fees on international orders.
• Bundles where more than 2 bottles have been fully emptied.
